No-Bake Protein Cookies

Ingredients:

1C vanilla protein powder

1C quick-cooking oatmeal,

1C almond & Chocolate Butter (made from New Seasons)

1/2C raw honey

 

Directions: Mix them all together, shape into approx. 1.5 in balls and flatten into any shape you want. I chose round cookies!
