Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

These peanut butter cups are easy to make. They are rich in protein and good fats and low in sugar compared to store-bought peanut butter cups. Enjoy!

 

Peanut Butter Cup

Ingredients:
1/2 C Coconut Oil, softened
1/2 C Cocoa Powder, sifted
1/4 C Organic Honey
1 T Vanilla Extract
1/4 C All Natural Peanut Butter

Directions:
Mix all first 4 ingredients until smooth.
Spread 1 tsp evenly into miniature liners (I used silicone cups here). Freeze for about 5 minutes or until set. Spoon 1 tsp peanut butter over hardened chocolate. Finish by spreading another spoon of melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter. Freeze for an hour or until set. Garnish with sea salt.
